April 13, 2020 – All assisted livings & nursing homes, throughout the country, placed restrictions on all visitations except for compassionate reasons,in the early part of March 2020. However, what has become more evident by the day, such visitation restrictions have not prevented the spread of COVID-19 within these establishments.
Keeping our loved ones safe has a new meaning during the COVID-19 pandemic. We all want to make sure our family members stay safe and healthy, and the best way to do that is by staying at home. For those who are transitioning home from a hospital, assisted living, or nursing home and need extra care, in-home care is a great solution to get them the personalized assistance they need and reduce the likelihood of a return trip to the hospital.
